During the time of study Mr. Ram mehar Malik Starting Broiler Farming with 1000 birds in the year 1990 at V.P.O Seenk Tehsil. Israna , Panipat Haryana. He is the Big Brother of Mr. Rakesh Malik and Mr. Rajbeer Malik. Till 1995 Ram mehar Malik and Rajbeer malik both ran business of 50000 Broiler Farming and then in mid-1995 flood came in Haryana, and we bear some losses but our business effect by that. We stood and run a business of Poultry Feed and broiler. In coming next years we grow our business with ups and downs and in between we faced crucial pandemic Bird flow.

- In 2010 we started Commercial layer Farming With 8000 Parents Birds.
- In 2011 Mr. Rakesh Malik came into business to handle his elder brothers. Then we gave the name “RM GROUP” to our business.
- In 2012 We started Broiler Breeder Farming with 6000 Parent Birds under name of M/S RM Hatcheries and commercial layer farming under name of M/s RM Layer Farm. We enhanced our hatching and laying capacity.
- In 2016 We took over M/S Gourav Rathi Forging Rolling Private Limited and we changed this name to M/S RM Agro Indus Pvt Ltd. and shifted our feed business under this name.
- In 2018 Our laying farming grows with a capacity of 30000 Commercial layer Parents in other state Uttar Pradesh under the name of M/s RM Poultry.
- In Last 2019 We started Chicken processing Plants under the name of M/s RM Healthy foods Pvt ltd. In Jalandhar (Punjab).
- In 2021 We are setting up a new chicken Meat Processing Plant with capacity of slaughtering 1300 Birds per hour under the name of M/s RM Delicious Foods at VPO Seenk , Tehsil Israna , Panipat(Haryana) and also, we started a music production company in September 2021 called M/s RM Production inc. and our music label name is RM Music.
